Swim levels for adult group classes
1st time swimmersThis class is designed for those who have never been in the water, those who haven't swum since childhood, or swimmers looking to refresh their foundational skills. The class moves at a slow pace with assistance from the swim teacher. You will learn the basics of swimming, including breathing techniques, submerging your face in the water, kicking, and floating.

Beginners For swimmers who have completed the first-time session or can swim independently but need to improve technique. This class is at a medium-slow pace, with guidance provided as needed. Focus is on stroke development, building endurance and strength, and practicing skills like treading and sculling water.

ImproversThis class focuses on stroke development, introducing and practicing a new stroke every 2-3 weeks. It aims to enhance technique, build endurance, overcome a fear of deep water, and practice treading water and using flippers. Designed for independent swimmers looking to refine their skills and gain confidence in the deep end. The pace is medium-fast, with personalized feedback provided to support improvement.
