Please read the following terms and conditions. By using the booking system "Booking System " or/and this website ("Website")/ you are taken to consent to these terms and conditions ("Terms").
About Flamingo Swim School
The Booking System and the Website are operated by Flamingo Swim School Ltd in London, England.
Disclaimer
At Flamingo Swim School, your safety is our top priority. While we take great care during lessons, each swimmer must also exercise caution in and around the pool due to inherent risks, including drowning.
Flamingo Swim School, the pool owner, and instructors are not responsible for any death, injury, or loss during lessons. By attending, you accept full responsibility for being in good physical health.
We are happy to discuss our Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and this Disclaimer when you book.
BOOKING SYSTEM & SELF-CHECK IN & PRICING SYSTEM:
ADULT GROUP CLASSES:
Flamingo Swim School has partnered with the Legit Fit mobile app to launch a new booking system, which you can download directly.
This system lets you view timetables, book lesson packages, check session availability, and self-check in at the venue by scanning a QR code before your session begins. The QR code, which will be displayed near the poolside or at the entrance, helps us record your attendance.
Please note that all payments must be made upfront through the app before your lesson begins.
For New Swimmers:
6 Packages Lessons: £200 (to be used in a 7 consecutive weeks)
Package expiration:
If the package price has expired and not all lessons have been utilized, there are no options to transfer unused lessons to a new package or arrange makeup classes. Refunds are not available.
Package Lessons Start Date:
Your package lessons begin on the purchase date. Please book your first session after purchase.
Attend Multiple Sessions at Various Locations:
You can attend multiple sessions per week, subject to availability at each group and venue.
Group Class Capacity:
Each group class is limited to 6 swimmers per session per swimming teacher.
Limited places available:
Through the app you will be able to see how many places are available per session. Maximum 6 swimmers per group per session.
Trial Session:
You can book a one-time group class to try out a lesson for £35. It must be used within 7 days of purchase..
Time Limit for Booking Lessons:
You have up to 1 hour before the scheduled class to book your lessons. This allows the swimming teacher to see who will be attending the session.
Cancellations, missed lessons & No Make Up Classes:
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances group classes/women only/trials session/referring a friend/gift/couples/studentdiscount/ package of 4 for adults/ package of 6 for adults
Due to a very full timetable, we aren't able to provide catch ups or refunds for missed lessons due to sickness or holidays. This includes any isolation periods.
Any lost time due to late arrival: no refund will be given and we cannot add any additional time to make up at the end of the lesson
Refunds/credits are not given if you refuses to get into the water or you change your mind.
No Make up class: due to busy schedules and due to high demand for swimming lessons, Flamingo Swim School can not arrange make-up classes for missing lessons.
Credits cannot be given for any missed sessions.
We reserve the right to cancel any course/group class/sessions due to insufficient enrollment. In this case we will offer to transfer you to another group class or offer a full refund.
Medical Conditions:
Any existing medical concerns or/and injuries must be mentioned to the Swim Coach Kelly before enrolling and before the swim session starts.
Women - Menstrual cycle: For Women having their menstrual cycle: there are no refunds, no possibility of rescheduling lessons.
If you have a medical conditions that arises during your booking sessions, please provide a note/fit note/diagnosis from your doctor confirming that you are unable to continue to the swim lessons. Your remaining lessons from your package will be refunded to you.
POOL CLOSURE
If at any time the pool must be closed for any reasons (pool chlorine level problems, water temperature, pool day maintenance, pool water problem or else). If swimming lessons are not happening, the information will be communicated to you as soon as possible by text message or by email: Refunds for the swimming lesson on that day will be transferred to you for any paid lesson.
If it is a last minute problem that occurs and Flamingo Swim School can not operate: Refunds for the swimming lesson on that day will be transferred to you for any paid lesson.

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the contents ("Contents") of this Website/Booking Platform data are owned by, or licensed to, Flamingo Swim School, You may only print (or download to disk) the Contents for the purpose of private and personal non-commercial use, and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit, in any form whatsoever, or by any means, the contents without the express permission of Flamingo Swim School.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ADULT SWIM LESSON
-No Drinks is permitted in the swimming pool facility (bottle of water is permitted on poolside)
- No Food is permitted in the Swimming Pool facility including sweets and gums
- No Alcohol is permitted in the Swimming pool facility
- No Smoking in the Swimming pool facility
- Hygiene procedure for the pool followed (shower before entering the swimming pool)
- Do not run on poolside, only walk
- No jumping or diving unless instructed to do so, by a Swimming Teacher
- No rough play, Don’t push other swimmers from poolside or jump on to another swimmers in the water
- No shouting on poolside
- No photography or filming
- Do not enter the swimming pool unless a Swimming Teacher is present. Don’t swim alone, with an unsupervised pool.
- Do not sit on the poolside with your feet in the water when a Swimming Teacher is not present (poolside can be slippery and it is an unsupervised pool)
- Wait on the blue benches until the lesson starts and allow Swimming Teachers to enter the water first
- I must exit the swimming pool when the lesson ends
- Do not use ‘the baby pool’ as it is out of use
- No jewellery to be worn (watches, earrings, piercing, necklace, bracelet, rings etc)
- No outdoor shoes on poolside
- Changing rooms: exit the changing rooms from the exit door from the changing rooms and not the door that goes to the swimming pool
- Report any illnesses to your Swimming Teacher before swimming session starts
- Medication that may be required should be on poolside
- Swim hats are optional to wear during swimming lessons
